Master Plans

Each master plan is a single, sequenced document a club can execute over a multi-year horizon. The best master plans inform daily decisions, capital sequencing, and a shared sense of where a property is going. Below we have included a selection of our master plans at various clubs.

A coastal Massachusetts club, founded in 1896, with layered design from Findlay, Leeds, and Wogan. The plan reimagines The Meadows and prioritizes early reconstruction of Holes 2 and 7.

A municipal Bergen County property reworked for strategic interest and broader playability. The plan sequences a phased rebuild of bunkering, greens surrounds, and tee corridors.

The the new owners of the former Metacomet Country Club retained much of the front 9 property for use as a public-access course. The plan restores many of Ross' original holes and lost features, and incorporates Ross' strategy and principles for the new holes.
