Master Plans

Each master plan is a single, sequenced document a club can execute over a multi-year horizon. The best master plans inform daily decisions, capital sequencing, and a shared sense of where a property is going. Below we have included a selection of our master plans at various clubs.

2024 Master Plan

Bass Rocks Golf Club

Gloucester · Massachusetts

A coastal Massachusetts club, founded in 1896, with layered design from Findlay, Leeds, and Wogan. The plan reimagines The Meadows and prioritizes early reconstruction of Holes 2 and 7.

Soldier Hill at Bergen County

Emerson · New Jersey

A municipal Bergen County property reworked for strategic interest and broader playability. The plan sequences a phased rebuild of bunkering, greens surrounds, and tee corridors.

2023 Master Plan

Fairmount Country Club

Chatham · New Jersey

A private club in northern New Jersey. The plan is a long-form framework addressing bunker re-engineering, restored short grass, and refined green complexes.

2022 Master Plan

Fall River Country Club

Fall River · Massachusetts

A walk through the property's defining features including exposed ridges, long river views, and a routing that rewards thoughtful play, paired with phased proposals for green surrounds, bunkering, and turf programming.

2024 Master Plan

Haverhill Country Club

Haverhill · Massachusetts

A New England club with strong bones and a long horizon. The plan works to restore lost features from this Stiles & Van Kleek design while renovating others for better agronomy, challenge, and playability.

2022 Restoration Plan

East Providence · Rhode Island

The the new owners of the former Metacomet Country Club retained much of the front 9 property for use as a public-access course. The plan restores many of Ross' original holes and lost features, and incorporates Ross' strategy and principles for the new holes.
